As well as a more in-depth look at what each one represents.
“What brings us to that pure awareness, that pure consciousness that is one with all that is?”
Imagine a state of being where every thought, feeling, action, and choice aligns with your higher self—where you are no longer imprinting fears, traumas, or lower frequencies into the field of your existence. Instead, you are embodying pure awareness and divine love.
This is the path into the Atma, the ultimate alignment with the soul and higher self.
The journey to this state isn’t about forcing or striving; it’s about softening. It’s about learning to release, relax, and simply be.
For those on this path, the Warrior 44 challenge can serve as a powerful starting point. It’s a practice rooted in masculine energy and discipline, designed to cultivate stillness, discipline the mind, and generate inner resilience. But as you progress, there comes a time to shift from the warrior mindset to something softer—a deeper surrender into the feminine energy of divine love.
This isn’t about abandoning discipline or the tools that have helped you so far. Instead, it’s about integrating them into a greater practice of surrender and presence. Once you reach a certain level of inner stillness, you may find that the process falls away, and you can soften into divine love effortlessly.
Softening doesn’t mean giving up or becoming passive. It’s an active practice of releasing judgment, control, and attachment. It’s about bringing your awareness to the present moment and allowing yourself to melt into a state of pure being.
To cultivate this state, you must address the noise in your mind—the constant thoughts, judgments, and figuring out. Tools like Warrior 44 help create the mental discipline needed to quiet the mind, but softening invites you to go deeper:
Let Go of Resistance: Release the need to fix, heal, or figure everything out.
Embrace the Present Moment: Find beauty and divinity in everything around you—trees, grass, the sky, and even the smallest details of life.
Experience Oneness: Recognize that on every level—physical, energetic, and spiritual—you are one with all that is.
Many of us think we are awake, aware, and conscious. But true awareness goes beyond intellectual understanding. It is a state where you dissolve into pure consciousness—a state where you are no longer “you” as an individual but one with the universal energy.
This practice is about finding ways to access that pure awareness regularly. As Michael Singer suggests, when you close your eyes, you may find it uncomfortable to be still and go within. This discomfort is often caused by unresolved samskaras—the emotional and mental imprints of past traumas, fears, and attachments. The more you clear these imprints, the more enjoyable it becomes to simply be.
Start with Awareness: Begin by noticing when your mind is busy with thoughts, judgments, or attachments. Pause and bring your attention inward.
Practice Softening: Find a quiet space to sit, stand, kneel, or even walk. Consciously relax your body and let go of any tension or resistance.
Release the Stories: Let go of the past and future, as well as the stories you’ve created about yourself and your life. Be present with what is.
Connect with Nature: Observe the divinity in the natural world around you. See how the same energy flows through you and all living things.
Embody Pure Awareness: Shift your focus from “you” to simply being. Move beyond identity, judgment, and separation into a state of pure consciousness.
As you deepen into this practice, you may find that solitude becomes more enticing than external interactions. You become selective about who and what you engage with because your inner peace and harmony are far more valuable than fleeting distractions. This isn’t about isolating yourself but about reaching a state of wholeness where you no longer seek outside yourself for fulfillment.
Eventually, as you integrate this state of being, you may find yourself able to relate to the world from a place of service and love—not from craving or needing, but from fullness and abundance.
Softening into oneness is not a destination but an ongoing journey. It’s about finding ways to return to this state of pure awareness and divine love more often and for longer periods. Over time, you may find yourself living in this state permanently, embodying the oneness and consciousness that is your true essence.
So, take a moment to pause.
Breathe.
Soften.
Let go of the need to strive or achieve, and simply be.
In this stillness, you will discover the divine that has always been within you and all around you.

"I feel an openness, a willingness to receive , and a call to soften. I felt the love in my chest expanding outwards into ever fiber, every cell. I feel a rawness as this is a place that I don't feel I've fully felt or been able or free to express. I feel a sense of excitement, joy, ecstasy, and bliss. I feel love opening and it's juiciness." -Shawnalee

"I was just starting a coaching business, working full-time and really struggling with I met Christopher and first reached out for his help. I was struggling financially and always thinking small. Working with CJS I’ve expanded who I am as a human being. My mind, my spirit, physically! I’m stronger, happier, healthier, more confident and I’ve grown my business." -Matthew Sinkovitz

“Through working with Christopher John Stubbs on the call this past week. The guilt. The absolute control. The financial control. The revenge. The imprints of never being allowed to be my true self. That began unraveling this week and my former partner felt the shift in me.
The trauma tried to reassert itself through the aggression and blaming and "you owe me" rant and "you're not good enough" and "it's all your fault." Wounded Abuser Energy.
Christopher is able to penetrate my darkest hallways and illuminate and illustrate how to clean it up and be free in the light.
Deeply thankful to Christopher for offering last week’s call.” -Gayla D’Gaia
